Voucher terms & conditions
- Birthday vouchers are issued to Shields Beauties Club members by email, about one week before the member's birthday.
- A member must have been in the club for at least 6 months before a birthday voucher is issued. If you join less than 6 months before your birthday, your first voucher arrives the following year.
- Each voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue; the expiry date is printed on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and the expiry date is non-negotiable.
- A voucher is valid only when its unique voucher number verifies in our system at the time of redemption.
- To claim, the member must present photo ID matching the name and date of birth on their club record.
- Vouchers must be used in full, in a single transaction. Partial use is not permitted; any remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift vouchers.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or discounts — including our Special Offers.
- Vouchers are non-transferable. If the voucher email is lost or deleted, it will not be reissued or reimbursed — but on request, and with photo ID, we can check our records to confirm whether your voucher for the year was issued and whether it has been redeemed. An unredeemed voucher that is still in date can be used as normal.
- One birthday voucher per member per year. Members must be 16 or over.
- By using a voucher, you agree to these terms. Shields Brow & Beauty Bar reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
